Our products come with a 10-year guarantee. It covers you in cases of structural failure due to (1) defective materials or (2) poor workmanship. We will give you a (1) full refund, (2) repair or (3) replacement of the failed product if it satisfies these conditions.
Exceptions
The warranty does not cover damages due to:
- Abuse
- Negligence
- Vandalism
- Unauthorized alteration
- Attachments
- Improper storage
